We provide registered Nurses, Support Workers, and Care Assistants to deliver safe and quality care and trained personnel to ensure a clean and safe environment. STAFF POLICY
We operate 24 hours a day 7 days a week and ensure we give you constant and regular work on a daily, weekly, and long-term basis. We build strong relationships with our personnel which allows us to work with clients hassle free.
Our dedicated permanent recruitment team specializes in finding you permanent positions within our client group to allow flexibility suitability and continues support for both the service user and the service provider.
We are always looking for reliable, trustworthy, and compassionate people to join our dedicated team of domiciliary carers. All ages and genders are welcome for full, part-time, or night work. Experience is helpful, but definitely not necessary as full and continuous training is provided for all staff.
COMMITMENT TO STANDARDS
We always maintain the highest standards of agency workers and customer service to our clients. As a matter of policy, we regularly meet with our clients to review and discuss how this can be achieved both in terms of overall client service goals and individually within specific client sites.
- We comply with all regulations and requirements.
- All of our care workers will have a DBS check and Induction training before they are assigned any work.
