Brepo Ltd provide an ‘On Call’ service which operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. During out of office hours you will always be able to contact a member of the Healthcare Team if you need any emergency staff cover at short notice. We understand that when you provide round the clock care you need round the clock support, which is what we are here for.
Upon registration with Brepo Ltd, we develop a ‘service user plan’ which details your individual needs to maintain the smooth running of your organisation and meet all resident’s needs. This will include duties that need to be carried out on each shift and special requirements for individual residents. From the service user plan, a pre Induction Briefing will be given to all temporary workers before their assignment starts with your organisation.
An Assignment Pack will then be issued to all temporary workers who are due to attend a shift at you premises. This outlines your address, shift patterns, Emergency Fire Procedure, any risks to Health & Safety, your job description, general info and traveling directions to eradicate any misunderstandings of duties and situ of your residence.
Management Inductions may be requested from Brepo Ltd, where one of the management team will have a full induction as the temporary worker would into your organisation to fully understand your ‘on the job requirements. This will enable an almost full induction to be given from Brepo Ltd, and free up valuable carer time on your side.
Temporary worker profiles are sent to you once a candidate has accepted an assignment at your residence. This allows you to keep your records up to date and complete for CQC inspection. Profiles can be requested prior to any assignment starting which may be essential for any long term placements.
For your peace of mind, all temporary workers sent on assignment from Brepo
Ltd are fully compliant with all laws and guidelines set out by the CQC, and have the
following –
- Enhanced DBS check.
- Have a minimum of NVQ Level 2 or equivalent (or are currently studying their
qualification and have a minimum of 1 years paid experience).
- Have 2 written references from previous employers.
- Have up to date mandatory training.
- Have provided a completed application form.
- Have provided a full employment and educational history with certificates
- Have provided a declaration of physical and mental fitness.
- Have been issued with a staff handbook, terms and conditions of employment and
had a full induction.
- Have been issued with a copy of the Code of Conduct and Practices set by the
General Social Care Council.
